• Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Only , tourists will be fitted with an identification tag by the operator of a private health screening test facility (BP LAB). This tag can be removed after you arrived at your hotel in Langkawi.

After Undergo RT-PCR Test at BP Lab with Negative Result you will then proceed to Ministry of health Desk & MOTAC Desk. 

The Documentation checked by Ministry of Health / MOTAC and Immigration Authority is : – 

Passport
Confirmation Letter from Motac License Travel agency
the tourist’s complete vaccination certificate
MySejahtera Application has been downloaded and functioning in the tourist’s electronic device;
Tourists scan the “Langkawi Island International Tourism Bubble Traveller” QR code and complete the MySejahtera Travel form.

COVID-19 at the private health screening facility
Children under the age of two (2) DO NOT NEED to undergo the COVID-19
screening test.

Malaysian citizens returning from abroad are also allowed into Langkawi Island with
the same procedure as foreign tourists. Except return flight ticket and insurances.
