How is the pricing works?
Our hire & Drive pricing calculated by 24 hours timing or by Night. For example you book a car for 3 Days 2 Night. Your bill will be calculated on 48 Hours or 2 Nights rental.
Please be advise. Extra time wont be calculated in your invoice. This will be collect after completion of hire and drive.

Did Rental price fix throughout the year?
No. Our Price is dynamic pricing and will be different base on your travel dates, Public Holidays and Season Holidays.
How To Collect The Car (Airport)
Arrival at Langkawi International Airport
Our employee will be waiting at Langkawi Airport Arrival Hall (Outside Luggage Collection Areas). Kindly exit the area and look for your name on a paging board with our logo.
Then, we will be ushering you to our VIP Reserved Parking. However, During the heavy arrival, our team may assist another client who arrived early from you. Kindly, Give us a call at +6011 4060 6568, and please exit the airport building and wait for us at Door 2 (Pintu 2).
How to Collect The Car (Jetty)
Arrival From Jetty, Kuah Terminal.
Arrival from Langkawi Ferry would require some proper coordination with us. To ensure smooth arrangement we strongly advise on below steps.
STEP 1
Before departing Kuala Kedah/Perlis. Please WhatsApp our hotline number +6011 4060 6568.
STEP 2
When arrived please wait for the rear side of KFC. This will help both of us to avoid heavy traffic at Jetty Terminal.
How to Collect Car at Tanjung Lembong Jetty
ARRIVAL AT JETTY TANJUNG LEMBONG, BUKIT MALUT LANGKAWI
Notes: Arrival at Dermaga Tanjung Lembung is when you use RORO, Langkawi Auto ferry.
STEP 1
Please ensure your ferry will be docking at Tanjung Lembong.
When the ferry is departing. Please WhatsApp our hotline number +6011 4060 6568.
STEP 3
When the ferry almost docked. Please notify us again. We will meet you outside the Jetty Area after the Police Post.
Please take note that car rental services are not allowed to send the vehicles to a customer inside the premise

Do you Accept Credit Cards and Debit Cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard.
Do you accept E-Wallet Payment?
Yes. We accept Touch & Go E-Wallet and Boost E-Wallet and Grab Pay.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?

Can I extend my Bookings?
Yes you can. but you require to contact us at +6011 4060 6568 to check availability
Can I Book Half Day
Yes you can, However Our minimum charge for this booking will be 24 hours.
What is your cancellation Policy
No refund except case of force Majeures. Example (CMO, Hospitalization, You are infected with Covid-19, Natural Disaster)

What Happens If I Have A Fine (Saman)?
In case you have a fine during your rental, you will receive the fine notice from the police or from from us. In addition, you will be charged of a fine administration fee directly included in your final rental invoice.
What is Vehicles Security Deposit
a security deposit is a sum of money that a supplier holds on to until the customer returns the rental car. The supplier uses this money to pay for any unexpected charges such as damages to the car and parking tickets. The customer can usually pay cash upon arrival / collect the vehicles.
Security deposit usually at RM 100 – 200 per unit of vehicles.
Security deposit will be refunded is there is no extra charges involve.

What is Excess for Car Rental?
If a hire car is damaged due to an accident, there’s a limit to how much the renter will have to pay to repair or replace it. ‘Excess’ is simply the name for that limit.
How much is the excess?
The most common types of cover for hire cars are Collision Damage. These policies almost always have an excess: usually between RM 4000.00 – RM 5000.00
When is the excess will be imposed?
Excess will be impose when the vehicle in General is disabled or damaged badly. This usually happened in serious Accident.
IN GENERAL
Applicable for all renters What will happen if you cause damage to the vehicle during your rental?
In our experience, our renters drive quite carefully and few accidents happen.
Tourslangkawi has implemented a clear damage management policy to explain how we will charge you for any damage you make to the vehicle during your rental.
Damages identified with you at vehicle return
You are fully responsible for the car you rent.
If we / you identify some damage with the Tourslangkawi agent or representative when you return the vehicle.
Repair costs vary depending on the type of damage:
→ Light damage, insubstantial damage which does not affect the safe driving of the vehicle, such as scratches; light impacts on the windshield, scratches on bumpers: Charges are made based on the Tourslangkawi Recommended price with our mechanic.
→ More substantial damage impairing the use of the vehicle and requiring its temporary immobilization, such as bodywork damage. This type of damage will be evaluated by an independent expert and charged according to the expert’s report or a cost estimation made by an independent auto-repair garage.
