3. Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and operational feasibility.

4. Operator-Initiated Cancellation
In the event an activity is cancelled by us due to safety, weather, or operational reasons, guests will be offered:

An alternative date, subject to availability.
