All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Weather conditions (unless the activity is officially cancelled by the operator)


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and operational feasibility.

  • Approval is at the discretion of the service provider.


4. Operator-Initiated Cancellation

In the event an activity is cancelled by us due to safety, weather, or operational reasons, guests will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative date, subject to availability.
