All VIP assistance services must be booked at least 3 days prior to the arrival date to ensure availability and proper arrangements.

Identification and Documentations
Guest are required to send photos of their luggage and use stickers or other identifiers to help our team easily recognize their bags.
Guests must provide valid identification documents, flight details, passenger list (e.g., passport) as required by airport authorities.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival and are subject to availibility.
Liability
While we strive to provide exceptional service, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by airport authorities, airline policies, or other external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to luggage during the collection and transportation process.
